At SurpriseForever, every custom bobblehead is individually handcrafted by skilled artists. Since each sculpture is created by hand rather than manufactured by machines, every piece is unique and should be appreciated as a personalized work of art.

1. Handmade Artwork

All of our custom bobblehead sculptures are 100% handmade by professional artists.

Because each sculpture is handcrafted, slight variations in facial features, proportions, colors, textures, and finishing are a natural part of the artistic process and should not be considered defects.

2. Likeness & Artistic Interpretation

Our goal is to create a sculpture that closely resembles the person shown in your reference photos.

On average, our sculptures achieve approximately 80% facial and overall likeness, depending on the quality and angles of the photographs provided.

Every sculpture is an artistic interpretation rather than an exact miniature replica.

3. Fine Details

Due to the handcrafted miniature nature of our sculptures, very small details may be simplified.

These may include:

• Fingers

• Fingernails

• Ears

• Eyelashes

• Fabric textures

• Small accessories

These features are intentionally sculpted in a simplified artistic style to maintain durability, balance, and the overall appearance of the sculpture.

4. Reference Photos

The quality of the final sculpture depends greatly on the quality of the photos provided.

For the best results, we recommend submitting:

• High-resolution images

• Clear front-facing photos

• Side profile photos (if available)

• Good lighting

Poor-quality, blurry, filtered, or low-resolution images may reduce the accuracy of the final sculpture.

5. Design Adjustments

Our artists may make minor artistic adjustments to poses, proportions, clothing details, or accessories where necessary to ensure the sculpture is structurally balanced and visually appealing.

These adjustments are made solely to improve the overall quality of the finished artwork.

6. Revision Process

Preview images of your sculpture will be shared during production for review.

Reasonable revisions are welcome during the preview stage.

Please note:

• Revision requests should be submitted clearly and completely.

• Once a requested revision has been completed and approved, we cannot restore the sculpture to its previous version.

• Additional revisions may become increasingly limited as production progresses.

For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully review each preview before approving changes.

7. Production Time

As every sculpture is individually handcrafted, production typically requires 10–15 business days.

During busy seasons or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

We always strive to complete every order as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

8. Color & Appearance

Actual colors may vary slightly from photographs due to:

• Hand painting

• Lighting

• Camera settings

• Screen and monitor differences

Minor color variations are normal for handmade artwork.

While we always aim to match the reference images as closely as possible, each sculpture remains a one-of-a-kind handmade creation with its own artistic character.

No two handmade sculptures will ever be exactly identical.

11. Structural Integrity

Certain poses, accessories, hairstyles, or design elements may require slight modifications to ensure the sculpture remains stable, durable, and suitable for long-term display.

Whenever practical, we will preserve the original concept while making only the adjustments necessary for structural integrity.

12. Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing preview images before approving the sculpture for final production.

Approval confirms that the overall design, likeness, clothing, pose, accessories, and requested revisions meet the customer's expectations.

13. Handmade Nature

Tiny imperfections such as small brush strokes, subtle texture differences, or slight asymmetry are natural characteristics of handmade artwork and contribute to the uniqueness of every sculpture.

These characteristics are not manufacturing defects.
